DSGAMEZONE ADMITS TO SCAMMING AND WONT REFUND

Explanation of the trade: i bought 10x stakers from ds gamezone and the info was changed a week later on 3 of them (i was informed by @PENG since he was working on them questing)
How they scammed: 3x stakers stolen which he admits were sent to the wrong person by accident (?) and the proof shown for that is not every good

He told me that these account's password is changed.
first he said there are only stakers, and if you don't wanna refund i don't care but just don't message me again for account.
but today when he asked me for refund i said i am ready to pay give the refund of 3x stakers. i agrees it's my mistake i sold this account to another customer, but if you mention that before he already got service done in them. i just get the account from other customer and give him. but he didn't mentioned that before. and now i am ready to pay refund of 3x staker. only stakers not for other services.

The package with beng is 50$ and judging on the % the worker reported iwas refunded accordingly. To not leak the full info in the chat with worker only the begining of the email was posted since they have a bot which removes email logins so i could keep track of which were which, so it just says the beginning of the email in the ticket, im sure if needed beng can confirm these were the full logins in question

actually + 35m was put on each account for bond + supplies on top of the price for work so the total DAMAGES comes out too:

i understand the ruling but can proof that he actually did sell the accounts to a 3rd party be required to be shown in private? i think that the main issue that i have is that as you can see in my pms with him he told me explicitly :

i have checked every where
and i only sent these accounts to you
on one has access to them

this was only brought up after some1 else had an issue with his accounts

Okay, i already told him to get the refund before making this report. but as i am not a scammer so, yes i am ready to pay him 105$. but i can't provide the other buyer's information. and will my sythe account gets normal after sending him refund or not?
