Scam Report Pure 8DD / Tiderayz

Report against: Pure 8DD / Tiderayz (same person)

Background: I bought 2 steam accounts some months ago from tiderayz. One of them got alerted/suspended pretty soon after I bought it and tiderayz told me he can't do anything because it wasn't him who locked it but steam support. Few weeks later I rechecked the profile and I saw its fine again, he was playing on it again etc. The second account lasted longer but got retaken eventually too.

How do I know its the same person?

Pure 8DD: Steam account 6 year old , PUBG/CSGO 2,3k hours GLOBAL/H1z1 / CSS 1,7k HOURS/GTA V / (skype: sieni126)
In the 2nd thread he edited the topic to hide that info but I'm sure admins/mods can see the history and can see that the skype matches. Furthermore the title of the topic is almost identical and this is most likely the account he's selling http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198047712871 (name matches too, its one of the accounts I had bought from him some months ago)

Proofs: I got too many, simplest one would be that chat log where he confronted me recently:

This was just recently, he acted like its not his fault because it wasn't him who locked the account (he claims it was steam). And instead of giving it back to me or refund me now that he's got the account back he acts like he doesn't owe me anything. What logic is that lol

Picture 3 on the imgur album shows how he confirms having received the pp payment.

If you need anything else please tell me what you need, I can upload many more screenshots (paypal transaction that proves I sent money or further chatlog where he denies everything and ofc the steam profiles that aren't in my possession anymore)

 

I have DNT'd both of his accounts.

Users have been banned. They can explain their self in a dispute.
