he sounds convincing on msn that it was by accident so I just want it to be a ban till/ if we get this resolved

Paypal is busy reviewing now but he claimed it as "Unauthurized payment" and on msn he told me it was his brother that did it and that I should win the dispute...

So idk....

 

Well the "brother" excuse never works. If the payment gets take back from you then file another report, otherwise were just going to wait on paypal to sort it since you'll most likely win anyways.

 

kk, and why do you think I will most likely win? and say I do win do I have to complete is rsgp? or whats the rules?

 

If his brother claimed unauthorized, they'll investigate and award you to be the winner. They can tell when its unauthorized and when it isn't.

Once you win either refund him or complete his order.
