Explanation of the trade:

2) I asked there about 3.3b Gold and then depr_daniel (Staff) Tag in chat to @ kappa3m (Owner) and then kappa3m (Owner) replaied and Tag to His 2nd Staff member jvphp (Staff) Go Head for Deal. You can see in SS link is ( https://i.gyazo.com/4e587b444754716cb8ad08c0d48b9ff9.jpg )

3) After kappa3m (Owner) tag to his staff @ jvphp (Staff) i have make deal with him with a long chat and we agreed at a centre rate which worth of gold was (435.6$) via LTC. ( https://i.gyazo.com/0a034413f91db72be82520b5cd2b04e5.jpg)

4) jvphp (Staff) send me LTC address (MKKDpSWdXFXrgR47q4Yh435hbtMoY9YxG9) Before sending I again Mention there depr_daniel (Staff) and i ask about Binance Email but depr_daniel (Staff) Msg in Chat (hi). he did not give any more response and all staff member were active in Ticket and they seen every chat in loop. After this i send 435.6$ at jvphp (Staff) LTC address and share ss in ticket. you can see all ss Here.

5) After Payment I gave location and mention jvphp (Staff) for trade he just said (Sec) and after this msg he did not give any response. I again TAG him for Trade but did not respond. ( https://i.gyazo.com/f64851a0f3b25cb5a2326ef6e46a4d39.jpg ) Chat SS

6) I again Tag @ kappa3m (Owner) and jvphp (Staff) then after 20 minutes kappa3m (Owner) respond that i am at Event and he said give him 2 hours time Etc. .

Then kappa3m (Owner) said:

1. Money is no problem, i can get you that back he may be busy.
2. Just give some time.
3. understand, but i can’t do anything about it if he’s not responding. Spamming won’t solve anything.
4. If no response in 2 hours can get you the money back.
5. Then it will be a case
6. He just changed his status
7. jvphp (Staff) in the next 2 hours need a response follow up on this ticket.

7) After one hour 40 minutes depr_daniel (Staff) Send msg in ticket that i just woke up and you Should to confirm us before payment sent. Then i say him you all staff members were available in ticket and you special mention or tag @ jvphp (Staff) so i make deal with him. now you are saying that you should confirm us before sending. this was shocking and i wait 2 hours no one response there.

8) After 3.4 Hours kappa3m (Owner) Respond and he used same line that you should ask us before payment send after a few msgs in ticket and he Kick out to jvphp (Staff) from server. Now he is saying he can not do anything of my payment. you can make sythe report.

ALL the Prof are attached in this Thread
1st they Tag jvphp (Staff) in ticket before deal and go head then i make deal with him and all member in ticket.
2nd if this Guy is not trusted then why they added in ticket and why give him go head for make deal with me.
3rd I mentioned depr_daniel (Staff) before payment sent then why depr_daniel (Staff) told me that before sending that jvphp (Staff) is not trusted person.
4th why kappa3m (Owner) take two hours time and why he said he will be trade in two hours?
5th Every Staff members are involve in this scam.

Kindly Help me to resolve this issue.
