BulkSmurfs / Alucardsell - Ban Evasion

Reason:

1. - https://www.sythe.org/reports/515574/ - brought to my attention via this post report - @Macielok1 bumped a tread of an inactive user.

2. - quick review shows that @Macielok1 bumped the following threads:
- Selling⚡RP accounts stacked from Prime Capsules⚡Unranked Fresh EUW, EUNE, NA accounts⚡And other
- ⚡Selling RP stacked accounts, Amazon Prime accounts, and more⚡
- Amazon loot for Runescape at 0.18$ (may not be related)

3. The first two threads are for LoL products made by @BulkSmurfs and @Alucardsell
3.1. Content of their treads and their layouts are identical, only the text color and text size is different.

3.2. @BulkSmurfs was DNT on Dec 20, 2023 and @Alucardsell joined on Dec 23, 2023.
3.3. @BulkSmurfs and @Alucardsell both claim they are from Germany on their profile.

3.4. @BulkSmurfs and @Alucardsell both pasted the content of their thread in their Information tab.

3.5. @BulkSmurfs and @Alucardsell both use the same signature.

4. Connection between @Macielok1 and @BulkSmurfs and @Alucardsell
- The only 2 LoL threads that @Macielok1 bumped are from @BulkSmurfs and @Alucardsell
Note: This could be just a coincidence, but may warrant having a closer look.

Reason:
Mrdrcode and Marketplace claim the same discord username "Paratodegato" as LeagueFusion, and LeagueFusion was banned for evading BulkSmurfs.

macielok1 is also on the list, staff can see deleted above for additional information on this.
