Scammed 30m by Ty l e r

I purchased a dungeoneering token service (260k tokens) from Ty l e r three days ago, and he said it would take three days to be completed. I logged on today and my account hasn't even moved in damonheim. I don't have pictures of my trading the 30m to him but I have the skype chat which we both agree to the deal in (i asked how the order was going and he never replied also),and a private message on here to which he also never replied. I know I'm not going to get the money back, I understand I should've taken a screen shot of it, I just would like to see repercussions taken against his sythe account.

Also just searched his sythe account to see if maybe he just hasn't been on to do the service but found out he posted yesterday so that can't be it, he scammed me.

 

Sorry, what I meant to say is that we need to see his skype profile that proves you were talking to his skype, not an imposter's skype

 

How can I prove that video? Like from skype, how do I see "Tyler.Sythe" now that I've already got him added it appears as "Tyler Wendell"

Edit: He hasn't been online in 2 days on sythe. If he finishes your order or gives you a refund I think he should be unbanned
