BarterCSGO offsite scamming

So a few days ago I was falsely reported by @BarterCSGO found here: sorted
I looked for information on him and couldn't seem to find anything since his account was so new. His report was just plain weird, he was extremely abrasive and quite the dickhead.

He posted a few hours ago on someones page and it finally connected his profiles. In this post Selling Plat/Diamond /RP/IP/UNVERIFIED/INACTIVE/LVLS30 @BarterCSGO shows his Skype email - [email protected], he is posting with the same incident he had with me, he is pushing other people to trade first to him when he is completely new.

I found two scam reports on other websites -

1. Accepted - Report: 76561198158537669 - ([CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items) | SteamRep Forums
This scam report shows his Skype, CSGO profile, as well as him charging back on the items he traded for.

2. The other report, while the format is invalid, shows the exact same scam found here -

His banned steam profiles are listed -

I think its pretty clear what his intent is, he is going to scam someone. I'm hoping he can be dealt with before he claims another victim. If not, at the very least he should have a trade with caution.

I'd like to add that I downloaded his GIF and took screen shots of everything in the event that he deletes anything.
