Scammed $25 PP

Hey guys, I recently was purchasing a guide from somebody. I sent them $25.00 Via PP. My paypal is verified and has my bank account on it.. Is there anyway to get it back ? i've already filed an unauthorized thing.. Pleaseee I can't afford to lose this even though it's only $25..

 

You could try to call paypal and explain your situation to someone over the phone. But I hear that things rarely go your way. But don't recover the money if you've already gotten the guide.

 

They blocked & deleted me on MSN aftr I sent them the payment..

 

Chances are that 75% of all disputes are won by the person who filed the report. You must verify everything that is need though.

 

I just followed the sticky guide in the gold section.

 

If you really don't want to lose this money then call PayPal, tell them you were buying a virtual item but the seller did not deliver, they will help you from there.

 

Chargerbacks. You will need to filling up the Report a Scammer section with a proof

There is no way to get it back, because you did not lost access of your account.

 

There is no proof that the seller delivered the item, PayPal buyers protection covers him.
