How they scammed: He has told me he will send money in 1 hour, its been almost 2 weeks since we have traded and he still didn't

He was lying day by day and too many excuses, telling somethings were wrong and he'll send money. 13 days so far but he still didn't send money. I didnt want to make him banned, I gave him too much extra time that no one could give.
