hello i was scammed

scammed by user Visual Eff3ct for 25$

Sorry, but you haven't proved that you were talking to Visual Eff3ct. Hover over his name to get his MSN (it'll appear), also, please show the entire conversation.

For all we know, he may have sent you the RSGP after you paid him, as he's still online and there's still conversation left.

 

Do you have proof of the RS trade or anything? It still says he is online, show the whole MSN conversation..

 

i closed the window and that's all i got i have his email also

 

also he says his paypal right there and his email is posted in the thread and the email is him in the chat...

 

But still no proof of the actual RS trade, nor of him blocking your msn. Sorry, but there just isn't enough grounds to ban him.

 

there was no rs trade.....wtf? the dude just gave me his email and i sent it to him he kept saying he never got it but it says completed

 

OK I get you, but you haven't shown any proof of him saying that.. Disputing it may be the way to go, but for now, we can't do anything unless you show proof of him not holding up his end of the deal.

 

At least start talking to the guy on MSN and have pics of him admitting to the scam or ignoring you.

 

how can i talk to someone who isn't logged on?

 

You really needed to show your whole conversation with him. We don't have any proof that he didn't send you his part of the trade, as in the pictures you showed us, he was still online. For all we know, you got your end, and you're just reporting him with these pictures.

Since you have no more proof to offer us, I will have to lock this.
