    Scammed $2.5k by RSChips/Manley
    So around June/July 2021, I paid approx $2.5k as a deposit for a site called RSChips, now called OSchips.com

    SCAMMER URL: RsChips acc

    The owner (Manley) which is his Discord username has been avoiding us, @AchillesOSRS can vouch for this and has ALL the Discord logs of Manley's scam attempts. Month after month, he said the developer is working on things and I'm fed up of this bullshit. Over the past 1-2 weeks he has avoided contact and this leads me to think that it was a scam all along.

    Hardly any progress was made to the site and I've been left out of pocket for 13-14 months now, ridiculous to say the least.

    Further proof can be added/directly DMd to staff also...

    He said he can't refund us because he's investing it into ads/developer but has made literally no progress in over a year. Wasted my time and effort for nothing and owes me a cut of the site or a refund back of $2.5k. Provided he did not stick to his plans, the contract is void and I'm owed $2.5k.

    The screenshot shows $3k is paid but Manley said if I paid early, that $2.5k would suffice.

    @RsChips acc has not been active for some time now.

    I've gone ahead and given them a DNT and a temp ban, they'll need to repay you should they wish to return to the site.
