Scammed $1560 by attempting to purchase 8b via BTC.

Description of events:
I found their link on sythe (posted above) and I contacted them via their discord server (which is down now after I was scammed). They agreed to selling me 8b at .195/m (believable rate at the time). After the amount of $1560 in BTC was sent, they swiftly removed me from their server and block me. I am unable to add them on my main discord account, but I am able to send a friend request from a burner discord account, which proves that they blocked me on my main discord account that I used to join their server and attempt to purchase the gold.

discord was stolen and my server apprently deleted.

Next time ask for a sythe PM confirmation on a sale of this caliber.

As I refuse to start over on my server from scratch and can’t get into my discord, I’m declining paying for this. Go ahead and ban me for all I care anymore I have nothing left regardless. I wouldn’t throw away a year of work and 1.1k members for this.

Like I said in our dms. It is your responsibility to be aware about your own discord, especially if you were running an operation as big as you claim "1.1k members." You allowed your server link to remain on your sythe post, directly endangering anyone who clicks on your post to getting scammed, as it happened to me.

 

I have given @BKent a temporary DNT until we figure out what is happening here.

@BKent you are responsible for your discord account's security along with your server if you are advertising them on your sythe profile or threads.

You’ve shown nothing here aside from what I already said in my reply here.

all you have is a transaction screenshot you’re not even showing messages of the sale agreement. Again sorry this happen to you. Like I said Keep calling me a scammer all you want sythe can do whatever they want with this I’m not replying any further I have nothing to gain or lose at this point seeing as my shits all deleted and locked out

 

Thats fine, I can’t do anything about it and can’t afford to pay him back, can just ban me at this point I can’t start over.

 

I'm speechless that you're telling me I'm showing nothing here while everything you're saying is only helping my case. You admit to a compromised server and then follow up with something along the lines of "wont be paying you back." You don't care about getting banned, this just shows that you know you scammed me. But whatever man, you'll get yours some day. @Bert thanks again for the help. Sadly this wont be resolved with a refund ever it seems and I'm okay with that as long as this dirtbag is no longer allowed to sell on sythe again. Hope he stays banned. Thanks again.
