Scammed 140$ by xKronic

Briefly explain the trade: He posted a thread (Tuesday) here stating he needed 33M upfront for 140$ and he'd send payment Thursday 4Pm EST my time. It's now Friday the 17th exactly 4PM, it's been just slightly over 24 hours and I had contact with him earlier about him sending payment but I guess now I'm just being ignored as he was just now browsing Sythe and read my PM. I will close this once I recieve my payment.

How they scammed: I've been getting ignored but he is still browsing Sythe around and I just keep getting delayed and delayed. I know he read my PM because I saw it when it was read by the user activity thing. I will close this once I get my payment but it just seems like a scam to me now since I haven't received a dime.
