81.103.227.236 is a scammer!

Superman said the IP (81.103.227.236) had a Sythe account linked.

Reason for Ban:
User tried to scam me offsite by pretending to make an order via PA/faking a PA email.

Long story short:

• I get a message on PA from Jake saying he's interested in my RSGP and tells me to add him on Skype (jakealai).
• He says he's interested and so on, and eventually says he's made an order.
• I receive an email from "PA" (which can be seen below) to an email I don't even have linked to PA, which leads me to believe it's most likely fake.
• Add that to the fact on PA the order was still active, there was no new messages & there was no changes to my active/pending orders, in terms of none appearing or requiring my action.
• Leads me to believe the dude was obviously lying all along & trying to scam me with the fake PA email.

Now, while I can't find his Skype listed anywhere I'm 99% certain it is him, he's been up to dodgy stuff with PA for months now with threads such as these:

The email you received is definitely a fake. I'll raise this with another mod before taking action, although I'm confident a ban will be issued.

 

Would like to add, as you've revealed who it is, that TonkZoot sold me 1.8b four days ago. So if it's him, it's already weird that he was trying to buy 2b as he's a bulk RSGP seller. However, what it does explain is where he got my email from and why he sent the fake PA email to the email linked with my MB account.

Also, the Skype he used for the MB trade was "tonkzoot", which doesn't match the one he tried to scam me with. So doubt even if you found his Skype listed on Sythe it would match the one he tried to scam me with.
