Which violation you are reporting the user for: poor trading practices
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: this user recently was involved in a scam of 1.1 BTC where the hosts had sent the scammer their splits of a bet and i am reporting this user because he failed to inform his hosts properly that the host he ranked was a known scammer.

if he didn't do this then they decided to send a known scammer their splits while he already had the bettors money, which i highly doubt he did.This user should be given a TWC because he had pure negligence on telling his workers that the new rank in the clan was a known scammer that already scammed 8000$ before becoming a rank here.

This is a very poor trading practice because since he failed to inform his hosts that he is a known scammer he himself could of prevented this massive scam from happening.
If he did however inform them of this beforehand and they still sent the splits first, then the hosts are the ones in the wrong. but think about it logically, would you send a known scammer thousands of dollars while he is already holding thousands?

Which is why its very easy to assume that he simply failed to inform his hosts about this guys previous reputation, to save himself from looking bad for ranking a known scammer. It's also worth mentioning that if you let a known scammer into your gambling establishment that itself should warrant a TWC? shouldn't you trade a user with caution if he knowingly is allowing a scammer into his clan that scammed over 8000$?
