Even though it's a bit suspicious, this scam report is completely useless. You didn't take pics, you just copy pasted the conversation. Look at me:

Get it? Anyone can write whatever they want. I'm not saying that's a fake conversation, looks totally legit to me, but you still need to take pics. Secondly, you never actually got scammed, he could technically be legit, although you are right to be suspicious.
