Ban Evading section Reports

i think that the person reporting and the mods only can see this section.

If its already like that ill feel a right nob.

But yeah basically i did a bit of digging and found a few ban evaders, after i reported them, a few people was looking at the threads which were newcomers, maybe they will try avoid getting banned in the same way?

I dont see any reason for anyone to see the posts other than the mods and the reporters.
