    Last profile was literally just banned before he showed up.
    Name includes Panda when his first banned profile was "Panda15".
    Pretty much an identical thread to those he's created on previous vaders:

    Fairly sure if he logs in on his home IP it will be the IP from all of his previous profiles, the IP mentioned in the above report, as well.
