explanation of trade: wanted to buy 125m gp for 1.23$ in 2 trades he paid £59 via UKBT should i pay him or refund axelus for scamming.

willing to pay him the 07 gp by all means but i contacted shin said mods will decide what to do im willing to pay him the gp if this is not allowed.

I'm pretty sure you're NOT allowed to just take jurisdiction of this, as that incident was nothing to do with you. You can't just decide to take people's money if you think they're scammers, that's fucked up. You, at this point in time, have scammed me and owe me gold for my payment or a refund. There's nothing else to it. If you refuse I believe I have been scammed and you should be banned, as logic follows.
