How they scammed: Didn't deliver what was promised

Never done this before, but if you need more info let me know.

The total was for 55M 07 GP. Roughly $160 CAD. I gave him half of the payment, he gave me the info so I could verify the account, then gave me a link to change the PW. After doing so I sent the last half. Shortly after he blocked me on Skype. I am not really upset, kind of just shocked that someone could morally do something like that, also a little embarrassed, after all of my years on the internet I've never been scammed. But, that's okay.

To the person who stole from me - I don't want you to feel any satisfaction, thinking you got the best of me. $160 is nothing to me, it's play money. Notice how your internet is being completely fucked right now? That wont stop. Calling your ISP won't do anything, because in a day when I have the time, I'll have all of your information. Take care of yourself.
