Reporting Scouser- again

Briefly explain the trade: No trade, just reporting him attempting to scam.

How they scammed: Going on a private server, faking an account multiple times, posting it multiple times, posting pictures that aren't his (for accounts he does not own) Mod's have locked for insufficient screenshots/verification. But no ban.

Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: It's his account, he's not hiding anything.

No idea if this is the right spot, he is scamming but he never scammed me.
I know this is a C+P but he was supposed to be banned since the last thread. He's obviously attempted to scam players before and not even a TWC

Everytime he's been found out he closes his thread and just waits a while.
