Chat logs are not proof, in the first one (as well as others), you cannot see his or your msn email address, so you could be taking to any randomer...

You need proper chat screen pictures with no editting.

 

Its a skype chat and if you add his skype thats his username, he also posted it in the forum...

 

I have no faith in your report and actually more faith in the summary of events posted by the user you're reporting, i.e. this one:

If your report had any validity, you would not have posted this on his thread after claiming to be a victim of scamming:

If you genuinely had been scammed by a user, you would not offer further commerce with them.
