I entered a trusted website with the intention of buying a virtual good (steam account with various games). To my misfortune, I encountered a scammer on the website who purposely pretended to be truthful claiming that he did indeed have the steam account. He deliberately lied to me giving me a false username and password and attempted to shift the blame on me stating the I intentionally changed the password with the intention of charging back for no reason.

It's incredible that these type of people freely roam the internet with absolutely no disciplinary actions brought towards them.

It's not the amount of money that bothers me; It's the evil action that was done to obtain it. I really hope you resolve this paypal, as I've been drawn to your company for quite a while now. This is completely uncalled for and I want my money back as quickly as possible. I am willing to speak on the phone.

Also, allow me to remind that I paid first. He had no proof of purchase and didn't even agree to let me go on his teamviewer so I can confirm his ownership of the account. Please ban this user and report his email on paypal.
