Scammed for 25USD :(

Cod7xbox360 scammed me for 25 dollars via paypal.
I went first as he showed me his vouches and I was a newcomer.
I joined this site cause I heard it was legit
This is quite sad, justice should be served to be honest
This all happened via skype, I asked him to show me his vouches and I then asked for him to confirm via forums and he did..
Everything seemed legit
I was going to buy 50$ worth of gold and he said "do 25 it's lesser risk"
I even wanted a middleman, he agreed and said they cost money and said he'll get me one.
He seemed really legit so I went first with 25$.
I either want him to pay me or I want my money back

I need to see:

• The whole Skype photo (uncropped) particularly the parts where you discuss the trade, where you make the payment to the PP e-mail he gives you, and where he blocks you/goes offline.
• Proof of his Skype ID (right click his name on your list and select 'View Profile')
• A post or PM on Sythe where he proves he owns that Skype ID
• A picture of the PayPal transaction. Go to the payment you made to him, select 'View Transaction Details' and it will show the actual PayPal address you sent money to.
