IP Check: Pure Boy

Hello there. I bought an account from Pure Boy a few days back and the account was recovered. I do not want to start accusing him however until I find out if this is his actual IP. I was curious if a mod/admin could tell me if this IP is the same or close to the same IP that pure boy uses to login? Like I said, I'm not planning to take any actions until I find who is recovering this account. All help appreciated, thank you!
