Why you think they are ban evading: I tricked him into PMing me and confirming that this is him, iTrainTitanOG, speaking to me on a Skype account that's linked with a banned Sythe account.

Thanks! He also keeps making new Sythe accounts. He doesn't know I keep reporting him, and probably never will. So I'll just report him if he does another one.
