Scam report Arcaida

I don't know how i can be so good at being scammed by trusted members but here we go..

So in Friday i sold 250m to Arcaida. She were going to pay with Moneybookers. I trade the gold first and then she said she have sent. I haven't recieved any money and then she says that she sent money to wrong email. Forgot a - in the email.

I then tell her to either trade back the gold until this is fixed, or send me new money, but she says that trade back the gold isn't good since Jagex will see.
She then says she tries to call moneybookers without sucess. Later on Friday we decide to trade the gold back. Same trading place (lumber fountain) and she starts trading me but then blaim huge lag and declining the trade. We keep on trying to trade in diffrent worlds for a while but she just keeps taking long time and blaiming huge lag. She then says she guess that send new money is the only way. I really needed to go eat dinner so i told her: "Send me the money and then tell me in msn, cause i really have to go and eat." When im done eating i see on the msn that she he written "OK sent " "need to go to sleep, cya" and shes offline. Still no money.

On Saturday i sent her a Private message on Sythe since she is not online on msn, and she replies with "my msn isn't working right now, we can talk on pms"

I have sent her a few pms now with "still no money, trade me the gold back or send me the money" but without any reply..

Today (Sunday) when i woke up and logged in on Sythe i saw that she were online on Sythe and hadn't answered my Pms. I saw her checking the private messages part of sythe also.

The weird thing is also that shee keeps dealing with others. She made a post today in here questing service thread and told 2 guys "both added" (msn).. hmm her msn wasn't working??

She is still offline on msn for me and I don't know what to do. I don't understand how she can do like this. She is pretty trusted, she keeps dealing with other peaple but it seems like she have scammed me.
I decided to open this scam thread until she decides to reply me.

Only today she have made like 10+ posts that she wants to buy/sell gold but she refuses to speak with me.

One of the posts she saying "signed of msn....." she haven't been online on my msn for 3 days now. blocked??

I suggest mod to make a warning or something until she either pay me my 200 $ or give me my 250m back.

 

Can you post the paypal proof of you paying her? And make sure it shows both yours and her paypal email addresses.

 

Paypal? Paying her? Please read the thread again. I SOLD her 250m and we were going to use Moneybookers. She still have my 250 mil and i have no money. She haven't been online for the last couple of days either.

 

I didn't read through the MSN because chat logs aren't proof. Sorry, though. I'm PMing her; she has 24 hours to pay for the 250m or provide a refund.

She sent me screenshots that say it has all been settled.

 

It has come to my attention that Joffes still feels at an issue with this case. Here is the information I was given by Arcaidia. If another mod wants to overturn my decision to close the case, feel free.

Hello again..

Since Friday I haven't been on either Sythe or Msn since i have been sick so i have been laying in my bed all the time. Yesterday i logged in and saw a mod had answered my thread and said Arcaida said that alla had been settled :S

Those screenshots are very old. They are back on that day when we first did the deal and when she fucked up with the money, tried to trade back etc. The last screenshot when she says she have traded she didn't. That trade is from the msn logs where she says

She have been offline on my msn since that day when we did the trade. Even when she have posted to other members like "ok added" etc that proofs she is using msn, but she is blaiming that msn isn't working for her.

As i said i haven't been online since Friday.

She can post proof on when these screenshots she provided happened. If it happened a day or two ago or the day we did the trade (like 2 weeks ago).

I seriously don't understand why a trusted girl scam and still dealing with a lot of others meanwhile, and just /care on this trade. I mean, she haven't been online on msn for two weeks and replies Pms once a while with bad answers.


Have spoken to Arcaida via PM and she still says that she have traded back the gold. I have either no gold or money. Those printscreens she provided are from 2 weeks ago when we first made the deal, but she says she traded back the gold on 19/03/11 (Saturday). As i told you Kero i was sick from friday and turned my computer on first time on Sunday. You can check that i wasn't online on Sythe on saturday and maybe not friday also (maybe early on friday). We haven't spoken on msn since she have been offline since we did the trade 2 weeks ago. I asked her to show proof on date (19/03/11) but she says "runescape doesn't show time".. It's shown on windows but she did just paste all printscreens in powerpoint and hidden all proof of date so we can't see that those screens are from 2 weeks ago.

Joffes, sorry, but ANYTHING in quotes is not considered proof. (Even if it was, the evidence I am presented with undeniably showed Chorham receiving the GP.)

You did not do any job whatsoever explaining why there are screenshots of your account receiving 250m from Arcaida. At this point, Arcaida says that this open report is harassing the business she is trying to uphold, which, by the way, has not had any complaints whatsoever other than this one. Please resolve it if you have anything that is not a chat log or quotes in a PM. In 24 hours I am closing this case.

 

Everything I just looked over shows that the trade was completed. I've also MM'd a couple trades for her, AND someone went first to her in a trade last night while I was asleep (they brought me into the convo to MM, but because I wasn't there, seller went first) and it went perfectly.

This thread is basically a slander post. She's done nothing wrong from what I can see.
