    Briefly explain the trade: 10m for an upgrade.
    How they scammed: Did not give an upgrade within the time they said and went on a website like meatspin while on teamviewer with me.
    Proof that you were not talking to an impostor: Msn same as thread.

    That rule is in place for the major upgraders who upgrade many accounts each day. There was no excuse for him, banned.
