[Request]Moneybookers guide/tut[Request]

I have done some searching on this site and have been unable to find anything.

I've heard good thing about moneybookers: low fees, no charge backs

So I'm very interested if someone can point me in the right direction or take the time to make a full guide, I would greatly appreciate it

I personally prefer moneybookers as there is no direct chargeback option that you can select. No disputes, no "didn't receive item claims" etc. It's still possible to charge back in theory (if you ring your credit card company and say you didnt send it), but it is much MUCH harder than the couple of buttons you press in paypal.

A reason it is not greatly used here is because United States customers cannot receive money and cannot send money overseas, they can only use it to purchase items from ebay, for example. A large base of traders are from the US, which severly limits its potential to become mainstream for online trading.

 

Can you tell me what kind of fees are involved and does Aust have any moneybookers places where I can go irl and get the cash out

 

Australia has full access to Moneybookers, yeah. To withdraw it is quite similar to Paypal; it's a Bank Transfer. The fee to send is basically nothing, and the fee to receive is also very low if you are not a Merchant. On a Merchant account though, I pay about 3.5% (which is very similar to Paypal).

 

USA residents cannot use MB

 

Its a UK Based website, very similar to Liberty Reserve. One negative however is that it takes a while to withdraw money to your bank account.
