I think this user should be held responsible because in this screenshot it is proof im talking to him on skype

As you can see he said they have no duel arena logs which is the reason i continued and didnt ask for refund because i trust them and then my internet went down so i didnt even get to play at all i come back today and im banned i message him to see if maybe his supplier was staff or something and he tells me they have logs http://prntscr.com/eop966 i really think he should be responsible for refund for giving me false information here is the users sythe post www.ChampGold.com
