REFUND REPORT

Not sure what to think of this situation so ill explain below and get a moderators opinion

i recently started a service with kenZoOx for the following on a brand new account

on the first day of the service kenzoox send me this picture

so the account in my eyes in completely ruined, i did however say that we could continue the service on a fresh account. once i thought about it i dont think kenzoox is the right person for the job considering the account was ruined on day 1 and i asked for a refund, he is now telling me he does not have to refund my 10m deposit on the service above.

TL;DR : I started a service for him and made a mistake changing magic spells (The account was 2 hours progress in) and told him about it. We BOTH agreed that he would make a new account, trade the supplies money (1.9M) from the old account to a new account and that I would buy a bond for the new account and just get the service done.

Instead of me being able to start the service he takes the 1.9M off the old account and doesn't respond to me in discord for the whole day so I couldn't start the service.
A day later he tells me that he wants a refund and will make a report on me.

@Sailor96 You wasted 2 days of my time with your delays and I have completed enough of the work for you to earn that 10M.

I told you 3 times that give me that 1.9M supplies money so I can get back and work on your account but instead you decide to waste 2 days of my time. No thank you.

When you're ready then trade over the supplies money for the new account and I'll get working on it.

 

How can I be full of shit when the whole discord chat is there

I'm not planning to refund you for wasting 2 days of my time. My offer still stands, I will bond the new account and finish the job as agreed on.

Why am I DNT'ed?

 

While it is a reasonable mistake (I have done the same thing) @Sailor96 is able to stop the service if he does not feel comfortable anymore. I have given you a DNT until you return the deposited GP @kenZoOx.

I don't agree with this because he already agreed on the service continuing, there for wasting 2 days of my time where I couldn't take services in because I was waiting ON HIM.

I'm willing to continue the service.

@Pendulum @Sailor96 if I may make an offer... @kenZoOx is currently doing an order for me but needs a bit longer than this 24h I can then give him gp to refund you, as he can’t currently take any more orders? Is it possible you could give him extra time?



This way everyone gets what they want rather than you banning @kenZoOx and @Sailor96 not getting refunded?

No, this is deposited GP for a service, he is to return the GP and he will be able to continue if not he will be banned.

 

@Pendulum thats what i am trying to make possible, just asking for a little more time before you ban him not for a prevention of payment.

This needs to be returned to @Sailor96 not me. I appreciate you resolving this, let me know once he has the GP and this can be closed.

 

I'm not giving the GP to him as I don't trust him and I don't want to get scammed by him.

I'm willing give the 10M to any staff member who can transfer it to him.

I've seen similiar refund reports before and I know I can refund the GP to a staff member.

@Sailor96 has done nothing but lied and wasted my time for several days and now also trying to get me banned so I DO NOT TRUST HIM.
Which staff member can middleman the refund?

I blocked @Sailor96 from discord because of harrassing so I can't contact him anyways.
