Scam by I Own Swag

Briefly explain the trade: 50m RSGP for RSN 'Pce'
How they scammed: Traded the money, went to change the name on the account I had pulled up less than 5secs the name got taken. Only him and I knew we were trading at that time. I posted on the thread with a low bid to throw people off. I told no one I was getting the name (was going to make it a suprise to my friends).
What time in the video does it show the user's msn: We were talking on skype, it was shown at 0:14
What time in the video it shows you giving the account/money/items: 1:55 (Explain that below)
What time in the video does it show them leaving/not responding: At the end I left, because I was upset.

In the video I didn't show the trade on RuneScape because I pause the video. I paused it because my computer was freezing (to much ram was in use). I will provide a screenshot of the trade.

How does the name get taken when only him and I knew we were trading right then and there? I didn't post on the thread saying I was buying it. I know I needed a screenshot of his profile, I never took one. I do have pm's confirming we are talking on msn and in the video we are confirming I'm trading with him. I can take screenshots of the pm's if they are requested.

I would like to get him ban, but if it doesn't come with that a Trade With Caution title would okay. I will never trust the person again.
