Scam by Hibernation

Making this Report on behalf of @romirain who has been kicked off a rental account by @hibernation. His reason for the kick? Because @romirain is banned on Sythe. He is telling me he had 510M on the account and now hibernation is offline. This is not allowed and there is no approved anti-scam or anything of that matter. @romirain also admits that he is sorry for evading and wants to pay back the 50-60m he originally scammed and was banned for in the first place asap. This is a long time renter of mine and its not right for him to be taken advantage. @hibernation is now offline and non-responsive.
