False advertising \ listing accounts for sale they've never had access to in their discord server.

Yes, I had the old listing still up for sale with intention to resell it to whoever was interested in buying it for a profit, while assuming the risk for recovery (as is a seemingly common case for said discord (Bot City & Walibi scamming / moving an account to Jagex Launcher) adding a warranty for the account for 1 month as stated in my TOS. When he asked about the account in the ticket and I went and checked and realized the account was no longer available to purchase, I promptly removed the listing from that tab in my discord. As far as I've researched on Sythe, reselling accounts is allowed, and there is obviously no scam attempt when I literally told him the account was no longer available

 

Also, please do an ip check or something on all these sythe accounts, atleast one of them is probably the known scammer from that report

 

I made this discord to essentially dropship accounts and I looked on sythe to see if it was against the TOS and I couldnt find anything, if theres something that says that please point it out to me

 

The whole point was that I provided a secure recovery warranty and prevention of getting scammed by buying from this discord from shady sellers like walibi

 

I clearly let everyone know im not the original owner before they purchase an account from me, and as I said I don't see any rule saying I can't resell accounts while also providing a warranty and preventing people to have to deal with shady discords who have been banned

 

Alright, I'm the original owner of one of the accounts in question. I had sold the account to @3zx like stated above. That photo you are using @Arevski was created by me to be posted in the server I sold it in. I know because I used a shitty online service to merge three screen shots together, hence why it has a white background and doesn't look that good. After @3zx reached out to me to see if I had anything to do with it I alerted the owners of the discord I sold it in to let them know. He had used numerous sold accounts photos not just mine. I dont see how you are "drop shipping" already sold accounts, not to mention you've been asked several times for proof and fail to come up with anything. I didn't really care at first because people like you unfortunately exist everywhere but to say Walibi is the shady one is comical considering your circumstance in this and feels like your making excuses. Im not selling the already sold accounts, I just hadn't removed the images from my discord because I did not check if the zerk was sold yet, all im doing is assuming the risk for the transaction and buying the account for less than I sell it for, is there a rule against that? Because thats what i looked for, for hours before I started doing this

 

If I was trying to scam, why would I tell him that the zerk was no longer available when he inquired about it?

 

So you just forgot to take it down for over two weeks and when he asks you about it, magically its not available. Coincidence for one account sure but multiple I'm not sure who you are trying to fool, us or yourself.

 

Yes I did forget to take it down because I didnt check if that one was sold or not, what is your point with the "magically its not available" the simple fact is when he asked me about the account I went to check in the discord that is selling the zerk and saw it was no longer listed so I told him it wasn't available, how does this make it an attempted scam? If anything it shows im not scamming... lol

 

Why exactly are you guys against this? As the owner of the discord im basically providing more business to your discord, the sellers receive the same amount they would selling it to anyone else

 

From the interaction about the zerker account its clear im not attempting to scam when I literally tell him I cant sell that account anymore
