bought a runescape account for 55 dollars and after i paid him the money, the scammer never responded after that

 

Banned the user for vading (recognized Skype ID).

The Skype pictures are unreadable.

To settle this report I will need 2 additional pictures.

1. Picture of the transaction details for PayPal (payment sent for $55).
   • Although it was confirmed on Skype, it should not be a problem to provide.
2. Skype ID overlaid on the chat to confirm proof of Skype ownership.
