Report - szabimate5

So I was buying two CS:S steam accounts from szabimate5. First I transferred money to him via paypal, but apparantly he didn't receive it. So I bought a paysafe card and gave him the code. Then he never gave the account information, so I'm reporting him here as a scammer.

Please tell me if its allowed to post his real name, real email, home adress, ip and such as well, since I have all of those.
