Terms for selling
IN ORDER TO PROTECT BOTH YOU AND ME,
1 You must be PayPal verified.

2 Payment must be done via PayPal using Gift option. (All charges are assumed by the buyer if any)

3. When sending payment you must write the following in the NOTE SECTION :
"I am paying for virtual goods that I have already received. This transaction is NOT protected by Paypal's buyer protection policies. I, (your name), waive the right to dispute the payment on grounds of receipt, quality, description, legalities or any reason. This money is property of (my name)."

4. Once payment is done an email must be sent from YOUR PayPal email to MY PayPal email with following:
"I have received my virtual items and approve the following transaction : [PAYPAL TRANSACTION ID# ]

5. These steps must be completed before receiving account name and password
