Dixo - Hacked late last year.

Hi, Looking to recover my account - Username is 'Dixo'

took a break long probably around mid-late 2017 and returned to find my account's email and password have been changed.

Happy to provide as much information as required by yourselves - see below what i've got already.

Have you been hacked or banned due to suspicion of being hacked? Please provide us with as much of the following information to assist in the return of your account.

1. Post from your normal, home IP address. - [redacted] - Note this is my work computer and wouldnt have been the IP i created it with - however i did use this office to log in multiple times over the years.
   
2. Supply us with the current email connected to your account. The current email is [redacted] i believe - the previous email is [redacted]
   
3. If you have a recovery phrase, please provide that. (This is something you would have set when you created your account.) Not a clue, created the account many moons ago. If theres a specific question i've picked from a drop down box or a hint i'm sure i could give it a go - please let me know.

It seems like the account was accessed from a different location sometime in September of 2018.

Please do your best to provide the following:

• What were some of the other locations that you've logged onto the account from? Previous ISPs?
• Do you receive an email notifying you that your account email/password has been changed? Can you provide a screenshot of this?
