Says another account is on my I.p

I’m a gaming truck driver, never had an account with you guys just stumbled across the sit while looking for legit places to sell my rs gold and find fellow gamers to game with while I’m on the road. Not sure how or why it wouldn’t let me.p, seeing as I’m on my iPad sitting at a truckstop in Oregon. Honestly not even sure how y’all would clear this up as I won’t be in the same place tomorrow. Thanks in advanced and hope we can get this sorted out.
