Saying my ip address is already registed?

Please help its saying im registed by the name of viikiiing0s or something like that, if you could please assist id like to be apart of the community, My email is [redacted] an id like my user name to be warriorslayer if available or if not then CWCZ whis is my character name, an password I guess just make one an sned to me in muy email. I just tried posting a thread I diddnt see it, so apologize if this is for the second time, but as I said in my previous one, it is saying my ip address is registerd to some account that I have no clue what is. if you could please assists me in making an account.
