Why you think they are ban evading: Because he is a constant lurking scammer. He adds people on msn and tries many ways to scam them - from trying to using impostor MSN's as OMM to other methods such as the one I will describe at the end of the report.

Other: Tried to scam using MM. He asks mm for his rsn, makes a very similar rsn quickly and meets in trade location to try to get other party to hand him the items. He claimed to have scammed 3B yesterday using Giddy as MM using this technique.
