I'm looking for a high yield savings account or money market account, not a CD, IRA, bonds, etc., but just a basic savings account. I currently have a Money Market Account, however, the interest rate/APY is absolute garbage, so I'm trying to find a better location to bank at.

If anyone has any suggestions of what banks they would recommend, please don't hesitate to post!

If you're from US, ING Direct has normal savings account with 1.0% interest, shoot me a pm so I can invite you and you receive $50.

I don't need a savings account, but if you want to toss me an invite and split the $50, I'd be happy to open one up ;).

Try a Natwest E-Savings account, you can also apply online.
