hey guys I try to sign in and for some reason it says my account is frozen and will not let me log in please help guys!!!!

 

have you tried looking at your blackmarks?

 

My feelings right now are so upset!
I have just been permantley banned and when I click evidence it doesn't show I am extremely upset guys my account had around 70m on it all gone I had also just gotten venge
Does anyone know any sort of way to get unbanned I feel so bad right now guys I just want my account back, all I can do is hope for my appeal, I am so so upset, and trolls I know it's only runescape but I have put countless hours into making this range tank and now I am banned

Did you recently participate in a trade when someone else logged into your account? If so, Jagex will sometimes lock the account after it is logged into on two different ip adresses. Go to account management and I think there is somewhere that you can have it resolved.

 

Does it actually say your account is "Frozen"
I have never heard of this term beign used in RS before.

dude I play legit I did not bot I did not do anything hence why it won't show me any evidence within the offence tab

You got caught botting, no evidence is shown as scripters can use that to make their bots undetectable.

If the offense is for macroing they never show the evidence. At this point all you can do is appeal the ban and hope they remove the blackmarks.

Your account is permanently banned, at this point there is nothing you can do about it.
You can wait for the dispute to be answered, though I can't remember someone EVER getting a botting dispute accepted.

why? I mean why? I dont understand the logic behind this im perm banned and I can do nothing and many people also tell me that appeals are never read or anything etc I am gutted right now I feel like shit and quite basically fucked off with issues at home and things and now this, I hate jagex and there ban system it really does suck
