Trading CS:S for TF2!

Title says it all, I have a Counterstrike Source account,
looking to trade for a Team Fortress 2 account.

-Digits do not matter
-Must have at least 10 vouches minimum to even attempt to trade
-You WILL go first, or you must have a trusted MM ready, 50+ vouches.

I don't want this trade to take forever, it should be very simple.
If you are hesitant, please have your Trusted MM ready.
