Explanation of the trade: his 07 for my ikov, I went first in increments of 8b. paid 8b, and he experienced 'internet' problems. he's online on skype and sythe. waited 1 full hour and nothing happened. his internet disconnected as soon as i accepted? Soon as I mentioned I would report him he finally replied saying he wasn't scamming me just his internet is messed up right now.
How they scammed: Didn't pull up his part of the trade.
