99 Cooking + 99 Fletching?

Just wondering how long either one takes and how much money you lose / gain from it.

Well, you have to explain which method you would use. You can get 400k exp an hour from cooking, but lose a ton. You can get some massive exp from fletching as well, but it depends if you're willing to spend the money.

So, what method will you use for each?

 

i think its like 15M for the combo
for some reason im thinking 7M for cook and 8M for fletch

 

You can make cash fletching if you alch the stuff you make.

Cooking cost between like 7-20m depending on the different ways you use.

 

What's the most cost/time efficient way for cooking?

 

i guess you could cook trout
you actually make money in junk items
then just sell it
i think 99 cook via trout is like 6M

Fletching depends. If you have a phat/gs/claws to lend out then it goes great with fletching. Do maples and get junk and lend it with the three I mentioned. For maples you would take about 20 days or so. I did 10k a day so it went by pretty fast.

 

What would be the fastest way for both? And how much would it cost ?

 

99 Fletch cost me 8m, but i made 30m. Buy Maple logs and sell as maple longs uncuts (u)... make them from 55-99

 

No gain from fletching really. But bro, I know you, you know me. Trust me when I say that you get AMAZING exp from fletching with clay knives from Stealing Creation.

I'm nearly 99 as of right now and I get about 750-1M exp per day.

99 Fletching = 22M Junk
99 Cooking = Not Much Lost. You can Easily Resell each piece of food you successfully cooked.

Fletching is Faster and Cheaper.
Cooking is awfully fast too. Hard to compare it when you have the Rouges Den.

 

I made 60m from 99 fletching but that was when you made like 100 gp+ profit/yew long in 04 or so...Try making maple long (u) or do arrows. you can make ALOT of arrows in 1 hour which is ALOT of exp. For cooking I did lobbies until 90; monks for 90-94 but I fished them all; 94-99 were sharks. A profit making way to 99 cooking is tuna potato, pineapple pizza or you can do wines.

 

If you want cost effective cooking, lobsters are your answer. You can sell cooked almost for as much as raw.

 

About 2 weeks each.

what i recommend doing is getting 99 fletching with maple longs. I am doing this and even though from level 86-99 is 79k maple longs fully made.. you make 29mil profit.. yes 29 MIL. So that's what i would do if you wanted to make money!

 

When you guys say 79k that's only cutting and not stringing right ?


I'm thinking of getting to 99 with just magic logs(u) and then alching them, how many magic bows(u) can you do in 6 or so hours ?

If I'm going to go 99 with magics/yews should I string?
