Gilded Altar - Quick Question

Does anyone know how I can find someones gilded altar to use (its only for 296 bones) and if they will charge me? Thanks.

 

Try the forums, can't recall which section, just look for something related.

 

Go into Yanille house portal and just spam looking for altar untill someone replys a name and go into the house.
