    He's lost then. You can register only one account on certain IP address, if he didnt use link referral doesnt count and he wont be added to your referrals even if he requests new account as its not mentioned in requesting account creation

    Personally, I think there should be a way to go back and edit it. I know there isn't but I think that if someone is given the link, but looses it/forgets it/doesn't click on it, but they were legit referred, then they should get that referrer some credit.
