Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
I understand that three bogus bumping warnings result in a 3-day ban, but are you guys serious about this ridiculous third offense? I honestly thought it was a joke.

First of all, the user in question direct-messaged our Gold Manager account instead of joining our server, as clearly stated in the instructions. Which he never did.



Secondly, that guy is a pain. He’s always looking for unreasonable prices, so our gold managers don’t even bother with him most of the time. He’s also now blocked. Not to mention, it’s common in gold services between providers to say "no stock", because we all know the risk about holding GP, when it's a client we just say "wait a second, grabbing some GP", which ends up being the same just different wording. it's just common sense, and he’s clearly doing business like the rest of us.



Third, our Gold Manager didn't even know what Sythe Gold was. He probably thought it was some private server or something.
Not to mention, this was targeted, since FUH can easily see how much stock we have since it's displayed in the top right corner of each post we make.
