Samsung Kies not restoring contacts

    Samsung Kies not restoring contacts
    My SD card got corrupt so I did a factory reset on my Samsung i9000 thinking I would be able to restore my old contacts which I had previously backed up on Samsung Kies. To my unfortunate surprise, when I go to restore it gives me an "unexpected error" and it was unable to restore my contacts.

    Does anyone have any idea why that might be? I still have the .sbu files on my computer, so I'm not sure why it's giving me this error.

    Some other details: After I did the factory reset, I rooted my phone and applied the one click lag fix (my phone wasn't rooted/didn't have the lag fix before).

    As I hadn't saved my contacts anywhere else, I would REALLY appreciate any help D:
